PROUDLY SERVING OUR CLIENTS FOR 13 YEARS!
George Chapman, founder of the Central New York Healthcare Business Alliance approached us to take over maintenance and updates of their website. Their former webmaster moved out of state, and they wanted someone local work with. I've been working with technology for a long time. The one thing that you can always count on is change—it's inevitable. Usually, the changes are good, sometimes they aren't, but you just have to keep moving with them anyway.
Many years ago, you never wanted to be the first to implement a new change or update. You could count on a lot of bugs and problems. It was much better to let others work through those and apply the update once issues were ironed out. It was even advisable not to upgrade until the NEXT latest and greatest was ready to be released. That was before all our systems were connected to the Internet and introduced security concerns.
GW Chapman Consulting contacted us originally about increasing traffic to their website. While the initial discussion was not intended to include a website overhaul, it was apparent that the current site was not representing the business as well as it could. The site had not had a significant refresh since its original launch and was missing much of the content and visual cues that most visitors to a website expect today. It also was not showcasing the positive recommendations the business receives through testimonials. Our first step was to redesign the WordPress website.

Insight Business Works president, Dr. Christine Allen, partnered with us to manage their existing WordPress website and provide technical support as needed. One of the reasons they chose us was because we are a local business and can meet one-on-one when necessary. While we are comfortable working with clients from a distance, local businesses are increasingly expressing a desire to move from a remote partner to a local partner.
Anne has taken over managing and updating our website as my long-time web designer was less available. She has been amazing! She has tremendous attention to detail. She is responsive, thorough, and reliable. Anne is creative and innovative. And her knowledge of how the website interfaces with everything else I do (speaking, social media, and email marketing) has been invaluable. She is very affordable. I highly recommend Anne Notarthomas and eKamria for all website needs. I don't know how I have gotten along without her!

Georgia Austin, owner of New Leaf Functional Nutrition, talked with me in late 2021 about a problem she was having with email delivery. She would get frequent contacts on her website, but the email notifications were not being delivered to her. Apparently, this was a long-standing problem.
We were able to pretty quickly resolve it. We also suggested to Georgia that she enroll in our monthly technical maintenance program, which she did.

Susan Cerulean is a writer living in Florida. She originally contacted me in 2018 to help her establish an email list she could use to begin promoting her upcoming book I have been Assigned The Single Bird (I recommend you read it -- I really enjoyed it). She had a large list of names, so my role was importing them into Mailchimp, configuring the mail delivery settings, and creating a template for her.
She then asked me if I could assist in updating her WordPress website. The original developer was no longer available. Along with content updates, I also performed technical updates on the site.
Susan contacted me again when she was getting ready to launch her book, She wanted to update more content and add book reading and book signing events to the site.
